Delivery Info

IMPORTANT: We cannot currently ship aerosols, these can be purchased in-store or using Collect From Store only. All non-aerosol products can still be sent anywhere in the UK. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer international shipping.

Our orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services. The prices will be shown after entering an address at checkout.

Tracked 24 is generally next working day but has a general estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days.

Tracked 48 is generally 2 working days but has a general estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days.

IMPORTANT: We are not open Mondays, so any orders received from Friday 4pm through until Monday will not be posted until Tuesday.

Collect From Store

We offer a collection service for orders bought online. For collections, please select Collect From Store at checkout.

You may return any unused items for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached. The customer will cover the cost of postage and the goods must be received back to us within a further 14 days of your notification to return.

These terms do not apply to books & magazines (unless still sealed and unopened), masks or PPE.

In the event a product arrives to you damaged, please contact us with the details by email or using our contact form. These items can be returned within 30 days and once the product has been inspected and deemed to be faulty a full refund will be applied along with delivery costs.
