Returns Policy
Some items can be returned to us (see below for exclusions) for exchange or refund provided they are unused as-new and in the original packaging with any labels attached. The receipt should also be included for items purchased in-store. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Email confirmation of your request is required within 14 days of delivery. Items must then be returned within 14 days of contacting us.
Spray cans, markers & inks/paints are non-returnable unless the products are incorrect or defective/faulty. If an item is incorrect or defective/faulty, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt and we will cover the shipping fees (unless the transaction can be handled in-store). In this case, you should send the item/s in the original packaging, provide a written description of the fault and provide the receipt.
Books & magazines are non-returnable.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, please first Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We cannot currently ship aerosol cans outwith the Edinburgh area! Please do not order aerosols unless you are within the EH1-EH22 postcodes or you are ordering for collection. We can ship most other items across the UK & worldwide.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Unfortunately, we have temporarily suspended international shipping due to customs issues arising because of Brexit. Once these are worked out, we will reinstate international shipping options!
